Returns
- You can return unworn pieces with original tags attached within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Pieces that have been altered at your request, worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
- To start a return, write to us at admin@pavibhuvi.local with your order number; we will arrange pickup or share the return address.
Refunds
- Once your return reaches us and passes quality check, refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI — we will ask you for details.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, except where the item was defective or we sent the wrong piece.
Cancellations
- You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched — contact us at admin@pavibhuvi.local or +91 00000 00000 with your order number. We refund the full amount.
- Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled; please use the returns process after delivery.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock. If the requested size is unavailable we will issue a refund instead.
